How to get a Capitec Bank confirmation letter using Capitec App
- Sign into the Capitec Bank app
- Select the Account you would like to get the bank letter
- Click the 3 dots to give you all the options for your account
- Select “Send Account Details”
- Chose either “SMS” or “Email” and provide the details
- Send
